Cancellation Policy
Applicable to Individual Counseling Appointments Only: To avoid a $50 rebooking fee, cancellations must take place 24 hours prior to appointment time. All pre-paid funds will be allocated to re-scheduled appointment, not refunded. Invoice will be sent for the rebooking fee and must be paid prior to new appointment.
