"Setting the Stage for Transforming Lives." ™
About the Founder
The Convergence of Art, Story, and Human Alignment
Every life is a dynamic landscape, and every transition is an invitation to rebuild.
I have always believed that our lives are not meant to be static. We are living systems, constantly moving through chapters of grief, evolution, quiet restructuring, and profound change. To navigate these shifts, we need more than clinical checklists—we need a dedicated space that honors both our complexity and our inherent capacity for creative self-authorship.
My journey to building this practice has been anything but linear. Long before I stepped into the clinical space, my world was centered around storytelling, creative expression, and human connection. Having worked in the entertainment industry, film production, and as a television host, I developed a deep reverence for the narratives we carry—and the courage it takes to voice them.
When I transitioned into the field of clinical counseling, I realized that therapy, at its absolute best, is also a creative act. It is the collaborative architecture of a new foundation.
The Professional Framework
Today, I blend my creative roots with deep clinical rigor to support high-achieving professionals, families, and young people through life's most challenging transitions.
-
Clinical Credentials: I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling alongside a doctorate degree, allowing me to bring a highly sophisticated, evidence-based perspective to our work.
-
Multi-State Practice: To best serve my clients in an interconnected world, I maintain active professional licensure across South Carolina, North Carolina, Alaska, and Florida.
-
A Creative Specialty: My practice is deeply rooted in systemic alignment and expressive mediums. I am passionate about utilizing narrative, drama, and mixed-media techniques to help clients—especially teenagers navigating identity transitions—safely externalize and transform their challenges.
Outside the Session
When I am not partnering with clients in their therapeutic alliances, I am usually tending to my own creative and restorative practices. You can typically find me spending quiet time in nature, journaling by the waterfront, enjoying the peaceful view of the woods from my porch, or immersed in my own creative writing. I believe that to guide others through transition, we must stay deeply connected to our own sense of play, rest, and wonder.

The Framework of Transformation
Co-Designing the Inner Framework for Your Next Chapter.
Therapy is neither a passive process nor a temporary fix; it is an active, collaborative architecture. Real, enduring alignment requires deep curiosity, intentional participation, and a willingness to examine the structural patterns of your life or your family system.
The shifts we explore here are deliberate, but the return on your personal investment is profound—turning spaces of grief, fear, or transition into a durable foundation for your next chapter.
